It starts with your workpiece – and ends with valuable raw material again. With our ERBO system, the chips are transported from extraction to further processing fully automatically during operation. We don't just work as a team, we also do sport together. 💪 Recently, we discovered paddle tennis as a team activity. We always meet up on the sports field and hit a few balls together. It’s always fun as we have many ambitious athletes in our ranks. And it doesn't hurt that our favorite Italian restaurant is right next door. 🍝
Actually, Laura Hertfelder is a qualified dental assistant. Thus, you wouldn't expect to find her at ERBO! Admittedly, without her husband she would probably never have ended up with Hashtag#teamERBO. But we are all the happier that it turned out this way! Laura is one of our “girls for everything” and keeps the company running.
Above all, she provides support in accounting and personnel matters, but she also helps with tasks such as organizing the summer party or helping with the move. Like many of us, Laura can say that no two days are the same!
Laura is the mother of two little boys and therefore particularly appreciates the flexibility we offer. She doesn't miss her “old job” that much, where she also worked mainly in accounting.
Well, one thing is certain: She sees teeth often enough here too, because there's usually something to laugh about.😁 Thank you for choosing to work with us, Laura!
