Sometimes, the best career paths happen naturally – and through good connections on and off the court!
Moritz studied Industrial Engineering in Esslingen. Through handball, he already knew ERBO’s Managing Director, @Hans-Jörg Boltjes, who was his co-trainer for the second team in Denkendorf – where fellow ERBO colleagues @Marius Pröll and @Dominik Janu also play. When ERBO was looking for support in Project Planning, everything just fit perfectly, and Moritz joined the team.
In Project Planning, Moritz was part of a great crew that ensures every system sold by ERBO is planned and implemented exactly according to customer needs and the concepts developed by our Sales team. Now, Moritz is taking the next step in his ERBO journey – joining our Sales team to strengthen the customer-facing side of the business. His technical background and hands-on experience from Project Planning are a huge advantage, allowing him to bring deep system knowledge directly into customer discussions and project concepts.

With DELTOID by ERBO, we offer edge trim extraction for the aluminum industry.
The trimming waste is automatically extracted during operation. Through various shredding and pressing techniques, the edge strips are turned back into valuable aluminum raw material that can be further processed or resold. The product itself also benefits from the clean cutting and extraction process: the thorough mechanical and streamlined adaptation of the extraction system to the cutting equipment ensures high quality of the finished wound coil.

It’s where our company is based, where Kristin Boltjes and Hans-Jörg Boltjes spent many years coaching, and where the next generation is now taking the court: several children of our employees are playing handball in Magstadt with great passion.
