Automatic swarf and fillings handling – the perfect disposal solution!

When there is a high volume of swarf and fillings, disposal of the waste can be time-consuming. Not only does this interrupt production, but the swarf also creates a large space problem for companies. This is especially true for light and bulky aluminum swarf and filings. 

Our extraction systems capture the swarf and filings directly at the swarf conveyor of your CNC milling machines and draw them automatically to a centralized location outside of production (up to 300 metres). This does away with the burdensome task of moving the small containers within the company and tipping them into the large container, and creates more space around the machines.

Central extraction system replaces time-consuming container transports

The central extraction system can dump the swarf and filings directly into a large container or feed them into a briquetting press, for example – this can be decided based on the local requirements.

As a rule, it does not matter whether the swarf and filings are long or short, wet or dry: Our extraction equipment, in combination with downstream crushing equipment if desired, provides the greatest possible flexibility for your system.
